How it works?

- Assign dates to each workout
- Invite your friend for the challenge
- Get points for every rep in these workouts. Who gets more points, wins the challenge
How to adjust device:
- Put your device on the ground and lean against a wall or some object
- Stay approximately 2m/6ft from the device when exercising
- Be sure you have enough space around you when performing exercises
